2002 BMW M5

Thank you for looking at my listing. The car is in good condition and has been a pleasure to drive. There are no mechanical issues with the car. I am selling it since it is now an extra car that I no longer can keep due to space limitations. I bought it privately from a fellow car enthusiast in North Carolina who is now a good friend. He kept this car well maintained and provided records which I have in my possession. Recent service history: 1. The maintenance/services are up to date. 2. Outside of general maintenance, the only repair I had to do was replace a right front side airbag sensor which corrected an airbag light problem. 3. The car passed Maryland state emissions two months ago. 4. There is no fluids or oil dripping from under the car. Mods: The only aftermarket part on the car is a Supersprint exhaust. The factory cats remain in place. Prior bodywork: 1. Front bumper: The car had an animal injury/accident with a previous owner in 2005. 2. Rear Bumper: The last owner had reported someone in a parking lot backing into his rear bumper hoping security cameras would catch the culprit. It’s is seen on the Carfax a second time when it was eventually fixed. The car has had no accidents or bodywork under my ownership. Known issues: The fuel door has a small area of rust which has not expanded or increased under my ownership. I have owned all but one generation of M5’s and this one is by far my favorite.
